B’RUSTIEK BREAD

This delicious bread is baked on the bottom of the oven and is therefore called hearth bread. It is made of 100% natural ingredients without any additives whatsoever. Its basic ingredient is French flour from unsprayed wheat. The dough is left to rise for no less than 48 hours, thus allowing part of the starch to turn into different sorts of glucose. This results in a slightly sweet, crumbly kind of bread.
